What you’ll do at Smartwyre.

The Software Data Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to our Smartwyre customers after completing their onboarding onto our Platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customers effectively utilize our software by guiding them through data handling processes, troubleshooting, and enhancing their overall experience. You will balance hands-on support while directing customers to resources in the help center to solve problems.

Skills you'll be using.

Collaborating with customers to identify issues and re-train on core concepts where necessary.

Helping customers understand the lifecycle of their data and where in our platform they can find their records.

Tracking data through various systems such as PSQL, Snowflake and Azure to understand where the issue is.

Training customers on best practices for data uploads and the software's functionality.

Assessing customer needs and suggesting tool enhancements to the Integration/Product team.

Acting as a liaison between customer data elements and the software, offering tailored advice to optimize their use of our software.

Tools you'll bring to the job.

You have a passion for working with data and you have at least 3 years of experience working with relational databases and SQL.

You have a strong understanding of ETL processes. Snowflake familiarity is a plus.

You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, CSV, and EDI formats, and can quickly organize data.

You have 2-4 years of experience helping customers solve technical software problems and providing exceptional support.

You are familiar with managing and working through support requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.

You are comfortable working with customers through various communication channels, including Teams calls and email.

You love solving data problems with conditional logic-based rules and cross-reference tables.

You have earned a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Information and Analysis, Information Technology, Business, or a related field with technical expertise.
