As the Senior NetSuite Systems Administrator you will be responsible for providing technical solutions and best practice guidance, to meet the evolving business needs of the organization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders across different Sonder locations to scope and implement new technical initiatives and simplify processes and educate employees on the effective use of the technologies and processes necessary for the business to operate and scale.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide Netsuite administration for internal employees, acting as a strong business partner and the subject matter expert for internal partners to provide training/guidance, best practices, and continuous improvement efforts on various NetSuite functions, including running month end close, expense management, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and procure-to-pay processes

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage NetSuite and the related applications ecosystem

  • Optimize business processes within NetSuite to eliminate manual processes that create operational bottlenecks

  • Participate in technical design sessions; develop detailed technical solution documentation and recommend suitable architecture that is aligned with business objectives.

  • Assist internal partners and upper management with building accurate reports, data analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and change management and support for optimal usage within NetSuite

  • Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration

  • Other job-related duties as required

Who We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

  • Minimum five (5) years of work experience in enterprise solutions utilizing NetSuite ERP and NetSuite technology infrastructure -- SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow and SuiteCloud framework.

  • Certified SuiteCloud Developer, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant and/or NetSuite Certified Administrators are highly desirable.

  • Experience in gathering business requirements from both technical & business oriented partners, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs,writing detailed functional specifications for development of custom programs, testing and post go live support.

  • Solid end-to-end understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report and Hire to Retire processes.

  • Experience architecting solutions and being hands-on when needed to develop and troubleshoot code.

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting best practices.

  • Experience and knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and security.
