about the sales manager role:
the sales manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue and optimizing the sales funnel from outreach to conversion. the sales manager will lead and optimize all outbound and inbound sales motions. this role will coach and motivate team members and drive them to success. the sales manager is proactive, high-energy and leads with an entrepreneurial spirit.

in addition to leadership, the sales manager is responsible for executing strategic sales plans and individually closing new business. the sales manager will role will collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify and target new sales opportunities and drive lead generation efforts. the sales manager is naturally competitive, ambitious and strives to be a top performer.

this is a full-time hybrid position located in Denver, Minneapolis or Austin that will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales. we believe a hybrid work environment allows our crew to have a balance of productive and innovative work spaces. occasionally coming into the office allows for collaboration and offers opportunity to bring out your inner creative! this role will come into the office on Tuesdays for collaboration day and a second day that’s up to each team.
