The Work You'll Do:
As a Senior Partner Account Manager at Sovos, you'll play a critical role in nurturing and expanding our strategic partnerships with Big4 and key Independent Software Vendors across Europe. You will drive Sovos' growth by leveraging these partnerships to deliver innovative tax compliance solutions to our global clients.
More specifically you will:
- Build and maintain distributor relationships with the Big 4 and ISVs.
- Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales efforts, focusing on mutual growth and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute detailed territory plans to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities and market penetration.
- Grow and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent productivity and achievement of KPIs.
- Foster strong relationships with partner sales channels to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Utilize market research to refine strategies for expanding Sovos' market reach through alliances.
- Educate internal teams on alliance objectives and ensure alignment to drive joint success.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and optimize collaboration.
What We Need From You:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Experience in managing partnerships within the software/SaaS industry, preferably with ISVs.
- Proficiency in French and/or German is essential for effective communication with partners.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact effectively with senior executives and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with the DACH market, as well as the Nordic and Belgium regions.
- Based in Germany or Netherlands.
