SparkCognition India is seeking a Solution Architect Consultant. The SparkCognition Solution Architecture team owns the overall technical relationship and strategy between the customer and the organization. Pre-contract, you will lead technical presales demos, solution architecture review sessions, and field all IT and technical questions from our partners and customers. You will advise internal and external stakeholders and translate business requirements into implementation plans. Post-contract, Solution Architects will lead customer implementation and serve as project manager for the duration of the solution delivery and a key customer stakeholder post-delivery. You will be a deep technical expert on how SparkCognition software delivers technical value and how it is configured and deployed into customer environments.

Join us in:

  • Validating and mapping customer technical requirements to SparkCognition product capabilities while taking into account the available data, IT infrastructure, and security requirements.
  • Providing technical product expertise and internal consulting to our Sales team
  • Demonstrating the software user experience and workflows.
  • Asking probing questions to understand customer expectations and the appropriate scope for implementation.
  • Messaging the technical value of our products in presentations and conversations.
  • Staying up-to-date on the current product capabilities and future roadmap.
  • Exceeding customer expectations with regards to responsiveness, professionalism, and honesty.
  • Consolidating and communicating customer feedback.
  • Keeping excellent documentation of all customer interactions.
  • Scoping and writing customer proposals and responding to RFPs.
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept engagements using customer provided data.
  • Overseeing projects across customer accounts to drive successful outcomes and account growth
  • Supporting value definition and ensuring value capture for customer projects and accounts
  • Ensuring the adoption of our solutions by supporting product training, collecting product feedback, and advocating for customer needs
  • Effectively and proactively communicating and building trusted relationships with customers
  • Leading engagement teams to perform implementation activities, working with internal team members from Sales, Data Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services, Research, Support, and Finance
  • Creating and managing project plans; tracking, anticipating and addressing challenges before they become risks

You may be a fit for our team if you:

  • Have at least 3 years experience as a software engineer, technical sales, technical consulting, data analyst, data scientist, technical program manager, or similar work experience
  • Have at least 3 years demonstrated experience with Python and familiar with Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, and other libraries to visualize and model data using cloud-based VMs (Google, Azure, AWS)
  • Have at least 2 years experience in customer facing roles
  • Have a certificate or demonstrated experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and documentation skills
  • Are highly organized and have a self-directed business style with a strong ability to prioritize and coordinate cross-functional efforts
  • Flexibility to travel 20% or as business needs require

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience working in industrial environments with direct exposure to industrial safety, operations, and equipment maintenance programs
  • Prior work experience in one or more of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Supply Chain
  • Exposure to and/or interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, predictive maintenance, natural language processing
  • Experience or a desire to participate in public speaking and promoting thought leadership in the domain of applied AI
