A well-funded Mental Health tech firm is looking for a high performing Account Executive from the health / pharma domain to lead their commercial and sales strategy across North America. In 2021 we tripled our headcount and became a hyper-growing company with a fully remote workforce, prioritising a people-first culture. Responsibilities

· Partnering with VP & C-Suite leaders and run full sales cycle from qualification to close (partnering closely with SDR team that focuses on prospecting into employers)

· Serve as trusted advisor to companies, educating them on the mental health landscape – inspiring them on the value of our new approach

· Work to achieve multiple 6/7 figure deals

· Partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoffs for all new clients

· Consistently look for new innovative improvements to our sales process and product offering – collaborate with our Product, Engineering and Operative organisations

Deliver accurate and dependable sales forecasts – maintain sales pipeline with goals of attaining and exceeding targets

Requirements

  • Prior experience of SaaS Account executive – having consistently exceeded quotas
  • Experience navigating complex organisational structures and creating champions across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Exemplary presentation and communication abilities – verbal and written
  • High attention to detail with process and solution-orientated mindset
  • Experience running the complete sales cycle from demo and qualification to close, showcasing strong negotiation abilities
  • Expert listening and discovery skills – tailoring product value to customer needs
