Sales Executive Opportunity @ Workplace Energy Efficiency Platform | Series C $170m | $300k OTE

Storm3 is currently partnered with a disrupting workplace intelligence platform that is seeking a senior sales executive! With a 45 person headcount and $170m in funding after securing their Series C this past February, they are a cutting edge healthy building company that delivers insights on how to optimize indoor spaces and buildings to improve workforce productivity, right-size real estate portfolios, and create operational efficiencies, including reducing energy costs. UV disinfection is deployed where risk is high to achieve effectiveness while reducing chemical usage and waste, HVAC spend as well as carbon emissions to achieve sustainability goals.

They are currently in the market for a seasoned Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in prospecting and closing deals to be a “sales hunter” while building out the sales function. An ideal candidate will possess SaaS sales experience within the commercial real estate, propTech, and/or smart building space selling into personas like heads of real estate, building operators/owners/developers, and leaders from the tenants of commercial real estate. This role demands a background operating in agile, scrappy, and not strictly defined sales arenas and a tenacity and openness to be an individual contributor that enjoys going out and winning new business to push start-ups forward.
