Job Description

The Sales Executive will act as a trusted partner, both internally and externally, to sell Lyric's expanding range of products and services to new health insurance prospects.

This role involves developing a deep understanding of Lyric's offerings and the strategic priorities and challenges of potential clients.

The Sales Executive will effectively communicate Lyric's value proposition to drive maximum savings for clients.

🔑 Responsibilities

  • Develops and updates sales plans to meet growth targets for 5-6 Health Plans optimizing Payment Integrity and Accuracy programs.
  • Builds and nurtures a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Establishes and develops key account relationships, leveraging experts to strengthen senior connections.
  • Manages the entire sales process, maintaining relationships across all levels, including C-Level executives.
  • Utilizes Sales & Marketing tools (e.g., SFDC, LinkedIn) for accurate reporting on account status.
  • Monitors competitors and implements strategies to stay ahead.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Experience managing and growing an annual contract value pipeline of $10M+ in a software business selling Payment Integrity solutions to Health Insurers.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare software companies, with at least 2 years specifically in selling Payment Integrity solutions.
  • Proven success in navigating decision-making processes within large health insurers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
