Your profound knowledge of design principles and mastery of user interface design tools, coupled with a keen eye for aesthetics, means you often play the role of both creator and evaluator; and you relish this dual responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking.
• Follow a user-centered, evidence based design process, understanding user motivations, behaviors, and translate business goals into product opportunities.
• Collaborate with product team to incorporate user and customer feedback.
• Interpret and distill complex strategies and requirements, and visually depict the ideal user experience.
• Define product information architecture. Create wireframes, libraries of templates, and prototypes that illustrate key product interactions. Proficient in high-fidelity prototyping tools (Figma). AI-based tools excite you and you’ve started to explore the possibilities of this new technology.
• Have a deep understanding of design systems and interaction patterns to adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring high quality while establishing a consistent look and feel - elevating our visual and interactive cohesion across products, platforms, and scenarios.
• Express and execute realistic behaviors, interactions, animations and materials through interactive prototypes — keeping in mind accessibility.
• Craft detailed flowcharts to map user journeys, supporting informed decisions and enhancing the user experience.
• Proactively build strong relationships with engineering partners and product teams throughout the design process.

What You’ve Done Before

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Excellent visual and/or interaction design skills.
• Proven track record of design work for high-quality, interactive SaaS products.
• Systems-thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to defining product vision and navigate ambiguity in the development of enterprise SaaS products.
• Knowledge of SVG animation and the role of CSS or JavaScript to create adaptive visuals and animations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
