The Demand Generation & Automation Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of marketing programs and the setup of automated campaigns within Pardot. In this role, the individual will own campaign creation, implementation, and technical management of demand generation programs and reporting campaign results back to stakeholders, be responsible for the creation of emails across all WorkWave brands and post-deployment analysis. In addition, this person will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all nurture programs, the list acquisition and list import process, and troubleshooting issues when they arise. This role reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and works closely with Sales and Marketing to help drive business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work in tandem with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure appropriate audiences are reached effectively at the optimal times with the ideal message.
  • Manage campaign preparation and execution and its timeline: keep email calendar updated & keep campaign execution on time.
  • Manage streamlined campaign management processes: create email programs, engagement campaigns and landing pages utilizing tokenized templates.
  • Quality assurance/flawless execution to ensure that creative, copy, forms and links are accurate.
  • Track and analysis of key-engagement metrics, deliverability, opens, clicks, unsubscribes.
  • Develop and manage a testing strategy to continuously optimize emails, forms and complete campaigns.
  • Cross-collaborate with Solutions Marketing, Events, Business Operations, and other teams to ensure program success.
  • Manage list acquisition process: seek out and manage relationships with vendors, coordinate with Solutions team to ensure we are reaching target market, submit documentation for approvals to Automation Team leaders and Legal.
  • List Imports: add and process all lists into the Marketo database, ensure data normalization and email validation took place, add all contacts to appropriate nurture.
  • Nurture Maintenance and Creation: manage nurture programs to ensure all contacts are in the appropriate program & coordinate with Solutions team to create new programs add new content to existing programs, ensuring content is never exhausted.
  • Ad hoc Projects and Troubleshooting: ability to perform ad hoc projects such as setup new system integrations, write SOPs, and troubleshoot issues that arise within the system.
  • Ensure all emails are compliant with CAN-SPAM laws

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree, Marketing Concentration preferred
  • Knowledge of email best practices
  • Extremely organized and deadline driven
  • Proficient in Web and mobile apps, MS Office, Google Suite and project management tools
  • Experience with Marketo Automation or Email Marketing software, such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, MailChimp, AWeber & Constant Contact
  • Market, Pardot and/or Salesforce experience a plus
