What to Expect What You’ll Bring
The GFTX Technical Training Team is seeking a dynamic and effective leader to oversee the training ambassador duties of the team. Results driven management of a team filled with technical subject matter experts is necessary. Development of internal talent and innovation of training programs is expected. Trustworthy decision making and relationship building across stakeholder partnerships expected.
What You’ll Do- Manage the GA Cybertruck Instructors who support various assembly departments; engage and partner with the leadership of these departments
- Develops and facilitates training and development, learning initiatives, and training recommendations for specific disciplines
- Work with management to determine training needs and determine subsequent training and development priorities
- Participate in the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS), to track training, assign training, coordinate training, and create training reports
- Participates in providing internal and external professional development opportunities throughout the technical training team
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting required
- Subject matter expertise of technical and vehicle subjects is expected
- Experience in providing on-the-job technical training with manufacturing personnel.
- Experience in providing classroom training
- Proven ability to be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, or education
- Experienced using a Learning Management System (LMS) and ADDIE model of content development
