What to Expect

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the company’s growing Business Development operational needs. Applicants must be highly organized and confident in their ability to streamline processes and create standardized systems. The individual filling this role will be responsible for driving many cost and process optimization projects within the collision team for new revenue streams such as Glass, Rental Cars, Wraps. Additional responsibilities will include scheduling and familiarly with SCA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Thinkcell, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.

What You’ll Do
  • Legally and thoroughly build estimates and bill invoices for glass work provided
  • Train additional employees on the systems created
  • Conduct pricing analysis on glass industry
  • Support on new projects to provide revenue growth and cost savings to collision
  • Lead business cases for price and volume of new service offerings
  • Launch pilots, measure, adjust, and increase roll out plans to international levels
What You’ll Bring
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to have a problem-solving mindset
  • Passion to oversee a project from concept to implementation
  • Outstanding oral & written communications skills and ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment with other people
  • 30% travel and ability to accommodate the time difference as needed to support all Tesla sites
