This team member will work 4 days a week: Friday through Monday from 07:00 to 18:00.

This role, in our Monterrey center of excellence, is responsible for operational success with one or more of our US customers. This includes making sure freight is delivered on-time and efficiently.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to its fullest potential to facilitate the lifecycle of an order and actively manage on-time performance and automation objectives
  • Proactive tracking of critical freight that is in transit and/or scheduled to deliver during the weekend
  • Communicate with shippers, receivers, customers, and carriers to notify and resolve issues
  • Monitor and resolve shipment tracking event errors
  • Proactive analysis and communication to prevent service failures
  • Identify patterns with shipper, receiver, and carrier performance and recommend actions for improvement
  • Other tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • One year of customer or carrier-facing work experience
  • Excellent English language skills – verbal and written
