Manager, Global Processes - Global FP&A:

The Manager, Global Processes is a key member of the Global FP&A team and is responsible for driving global adoption, standard processes, and improved global reporting of the company’s newly implemented financial planning tool (OneStream), as well as providing a range of global financial analyses and reporting. This individual will establish themselves as the FP&A subject matter expert in regards to on-going OneStream capabilities and strive to continuously improve FP&A’s adoption and utilization of the tool. Further, this individual will be responsible for delivering upon various recurring and ad hoc global financial analyses and processes. This position reports to the Director, Global FP&A.

What You'll Do:

Financial Reporting and Analysis Processes

Proactively strive to learn, develop, institute, and enforce financial planning and forecasting standard processes within the OneStream platform. Establish yourself at a subject matter expert in the newly-implemented tool.

Partner diligently with the Financial Systems Administration team and FP&A leads globally to enact effective financial planning and forecasting operating procedures and governance.

Partner with IT Finance and Finance Systems Administration teams in enabling and building out increased utilization and capabilities within the OneStream platform to improve visibility and transparency to global financial results and projections.

Act as a main point of contact for FP&A team members globally on forecasting and planning process change and issue resolution by demonstrating financial systems knowledge in conjunction with a broader understanding of the company’s financial performance, objectives, and strategic goals.

Construct and maintain useful, relevant, and evolving FP&A system onboarding training material. Regularly facilitate useful forums with global audiences that share and clarify system capabilities and processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Use aforementioned foundational knowledge to successfully build informative global functional cost and headcount reporting and analysis, global capital reporting and analysis, among other global analyses.

Support the preparation of the Global annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly/quarterly forecasts.

Prepare periodic scenario and sensitivity analyses with financial models.

Strategic Plan

Manage portions of, and institutes standard processes relating to, the multi-year planning process and annual detailed budgeting process.

Maintain lockstep relationship with various Global project team members. Diligently coordinate and embed findings, themes, conclusions, and results driven by project teams into broader business results.

Work collaboratively across Finance functions to perform analysis and forecasts.

Performs other related duties as required or requested.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from fully accredited four year institution is required.
  • MBA and CPA a plus
  • 3-5 years in Corporate or Operational FP&A roles
  • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Accounting/Finance with a track record of continual promotion to progressively reach more responsible positions.
  • Knowledge of OneStream, BPC, SAP, and Tableau preferred
  • Strong financial planning and analysis background. Consistently demonstrate ability to uncover impactful financial insights.
  • Self-motivated, naturally curious, and takes pride in proactive approach in ambiguous environments. Operates with an enterprise attitude.
  • Takes pride in producing accurate and precise financial summaries and schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Polished presentation ability. Experience interacting with Executive Management teams.
  • Ability to influence leadership as well as processes without direct responsibility.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and meet tight, evolving deadlines.

  • This is a hybrid based role that will report out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Downers Grove, IL.
