We’re looking for a Retail eCommerce Partnerships Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, you will help us develop and manage eCommerce product integration partners. With a thriving ecosystem of hundreds of apps and partners building solutions to our eCommerce platform, this role will jump between multiple projects and priorities. You’ll also be responsible for managing partners directly and will collaborate closely with the wider partnerships, strategy, product, legal, and finance teams at Lightspeed to determine priorities at Lightspeed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the primary point of contact for eCommerce partners who work with Lightspeed across multiple product and multiple regions
  • Drive alignment on our our priorities with existing partners to ensure the projects and priorities we are working on with partners fit our strategic priorities
  • Manage our relationship with partners that are developing an apps that work with Lightspeed’s eCommerce platform
  • Work with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements with eCommerce partners
  • Schedule regular touch points with key partners to ensure they can articulate Lightspeed’s priorities and how we can help each other
  • Act as a point of contact for inbound requests to partner with Lightspeed
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and consolidate agreements with partners that work with us across multiple products and regions
  • Leverage connections and relationships with innovative partners in the retail space to create and develop unique opportunities for Lightspeed

What you need to bring:

  • 3-5 years working in partnerships in in the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce space
  • Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams
  • Experience in a global SaaS environment, preference for fast-growth and global
  • Track record of being able to both set or shape strategy, as well as delivering executional plans that have measurable impact on the business.
  • Experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners
  • Proven record of leading a diverse, high performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment; you share our values, and work in accordance with those values
  • Highly motivated and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and team-oriented environment
