If you’re a recruiter who is excited about impact and being part of something exciting on an international scale then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage candidates (passive and active) thoughtfully and at pace, to ensure a best in class candidate experience

  • Source candidates creatively for a variety of hard to fill positions across EMEA and build active talent pools for recurring roles

  • Assess candidates through competency based interviews, ensure our hiring process is qualitative and that hiring managers are making well informed hiring decisions

  • Be the driver of Inclusion at WeWork ensuring there is no bias in our recruiting process and making sure we have an inspirational team of diverse talented WeWorkers

  • Own the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers

  • Work meticulously with our Greenhouse ATS: keep the candidate flow updated, and focus on data accuracy for reporting

  • Participate on TA/cross functional projects to improve and enhance our process and experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least 4 years’ full cycle recruiting experience in a similar environment (hiring internationally and at pace, while providing an excellent experience and keeping a high bar for talent)

  • Ability to generate a high volume and a high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines

  • Experienced at partnering with senior level stakeholders and hiring managers and advising them on hiring decisions

  • Ability to understand and internalise business priorities and execute in a fast paced and fast changing work environment

  • Advanced proficiency in closing candidates and negotiating offers

  • Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly and subsequently utilise them

  • EMEA recruitment experience preferred
