About the Team
Workato’s Global Talent Acquisition Team is a small but mighty force, and we’re excited to welcome a new Senior TA Partner team! In this contract position, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, which encapsulates creatively sourcing for passive candidates, establishing and owning the relationships with key partners and hiring leaders across Workato, and providing an exceptional candidate experience each step of the way.
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
8+ years of full-cycle Sales recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
Quantifiable track record and outcomes of effective, creative and more inclusive sourcing strategies for Sales, Marketing, Business Development positions.
Ability to tactfully attract and engage passive candidates for senior leadership and executive positions.
Proven track record of successfully managing a significant requisition load in a fast-paced, early stage company.
Data-driven understanding of key recruiting metrics(fill-time, conversion rates, etc.) and prioritization of data integrity within Applicant Tracking Systems.
Consultative and empathetic approach(high EQ) in establishing and developing key partnerships with hiring leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
