Job Description

The Workplace Experience team creates and maintains spaces and employee programming that make it easy for our employees to do great work as we come together, either in-person or virtually, with the intention to connect, collaborate and learn. Responsibilities
  • Provides coordination and support for delivery of Workplace Services
  • Liaise with vendors, building managers and landlords as needed
  • Maintains awareness of the workspace and submits janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed, communicating with appropriate partners to address issues
  • Maintain and coordinate the cleanliness and safety of assigned buildings and areas, kitchens, equipment, etc.
  • Assists with light duty activities such as adjusting monitor arms, tightening screws on chairs, and adjusting cables under desks. Assists with meeting set up, furniture reset, and delivering temporary equipment and supplies.
  • Assist the Food & Beverage program, including placing and stocking orders as necessary
  • Coordinate all in-office events for employees and provide building tours for new employees
  • Lead internal communications on up-to-date building events, maintenance, safety and other issues
  • Responsible for F&B and office supplies budget management
  • Manage the courier account
  • Coordinates larger projects, such as furniture reconfigurations and/or moves
Skills required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Office & Workplace Management - cleaning, security, food & beverage and events
  • Experience in Vendor Management
  • Experience with light repair of furniture
  • Experience with Envoy, Expensify, Asana, S2 is a plus
  • Experience with Google products: Sheets, Docs, Gmail etc
  • Ability to work on their own and in a team
  • Experience with Projects
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to work in our Lisbon office
