Role Type: Contract

Role Location: Hyderabad; work from office

Role Duration: 6-months

Role Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment team in coordinating and managing various aspects of the hiring and pre-onboarding process. This role involves ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process, validating offer letters, and assisting with pre-onboarding tasks to guarantee a seamless transition for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Ops:
    1. Ensure that the candidates are attempting the tests as per the process
    2. Ensure that interviews are scheduled per the candidates’ and interviewers’ availability
    3. Ensure that all interview feedback is submitted as per the process
    4. Ensure all the details of offered candidates are updated
  1. Pre-Onboarding:
    1. Coordinate with the business to ensure team and buddy alignment for all offered candidates
    2. Coordinate with the candidate and the business to ensure pre-onboarding engagement
    3. Ensure the candidate’s details are updated on the HRIS to facilitate efficient onboarding

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

Skills required:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
